Most people I know will rightfully dismiss the comments made by Anton Casey as those of an arrogant, tasteless, unfunny and irrelevant prick, with or without a nudge from a minister, and almost certainly without resorting to reference to his nationality, ethnicity, immigration or marital status, or even his profession. Note that the terms expat, banker, and Briton, as well as Caseys wifes name quite rightly do not appear anywhere in the ministers statement, but were added in to the article by the journalist, as though not his belonging to any of those groupings would make his comments less serious or less contemptible. todayonline/singapore/be-bigger-expats-incendiary-words-law-minister-urges
