Most people tasked with raising money on flag days usually stick out their tin cans and ask if you would like to donate. The undergraduate I met in AMK this morning did something different, by asking, smilingly, Good morning sir, do you have ten cents? I couldnt help but to take notice and ask him what it was for, and he had the opportunity to explain the beneficiary of his hard work. I thought it was a fantastic approach, reminding me that all it took was 10 cents to make a difference. Needless to say, I gave, a little more than what he asked for.
