Most people would always assume that Starvation is a diet program, DIETING IS NOT SYNONYMOUS WITH SKIPPING MEALS. When you say you are on a Diet, you follow a certain plan of which mainly is a healthy eating program. You abstain on the food that makes you gain weight. If You want to lose weight, 1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER 2. SLEEP BETWEEN 9pm to 7am, 3. EAT LESS CARBS 4. WORK-out your Body! It worked for most of us who are currently in the process of losing weight.
