Mother nature has turned on the air conditioner as the temps here dropped slightly in the evening hours. We have had several days over the last week to feel the fall in summer. The process of change is forever ongoing even within each of us. There is a sense of the truth being revealed. It shows up in our outer world and also within each of us. We must face the parts of ourselves that are not in alignment with our highest potential. The summer has gently nudged us to not only identify but, also work on healing and transforming those parts. It is our truths within. Where do you hold anger? fear? abandonmnet? distrust?. You may not show it our in public or to your friends or colleagues but those who see your anger, fear, abandonment, distrust are those who are closest to us. We reflect our unhealed parts more to those we care about than to the outer world. The see the good, the not so good, and the ugly parts of ourselves. You have a choice to use these reflected truths and bring them into awareness to heal and transform. When you do you not only heal yourself but you become the power fo example for others to follow your lead, and they then can also find their hidden truths and heal it. Today, I am choosing to become aware of my own hidden truths that may be in need of loving attention and, i surround it with understanding for its service to me and compassion for the suffering created because i held it within.
