The ladies at the Collectivite have even written that they will block any efforts I will make to have the administrative documents for a FRENCH ST MARTIN CHILD to attend university. It was the Ministre de OUTRE MER who assisted me to have the DUPLICATE de Livret de Famille in October 2004!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes she wrote. the law is the law. But that same woman who works at the Prefecture yelled at me: YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO HAVE A LIVRET DE FAMILLE DUPLICATE YOU ARE NOT FRENCH AND THE MINISTER OUTRE MER HAS NO RIGHTS TO ASSIST YOU TO HAVE IT ah So a woman working at the Prefecture has more authority than the MINISTER OF OUTRE MER IN PARIS... that same woman working at the prefecture organised a letter BACK DATED to cover up for the ILLEGAL violent eviction that not even the Chef du Cabinet knew about AND that the Judge execution said in the court that there was NO ORDER AT THE COURT HOUSE neither for the eviction nor the robbery and destruction of our belongings.... IT IS TIME TO REALLY EXPOSE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE ON SAINT MARTIN 100 EUROS CASH ONLY PAID AT THE TRESORIE T RECEIVE A DOCUMENT THAT IS FREE ALL OVER FRANCE BUT NOT ON SAINT MARTIN 100 euros payment without a receipt at the Tresorie de Saint Martin and CASH ONLY.
