At the tender age of 16, Jana burst onto the world athletics stage, specialising in the 400 metres run and 400 metre hurdles. Her stellar career has seen Jana claim five world championship titles and four gold medals in the Commonwealth Games. Her determination, natural talent and hard work, saw her join an elite club becoming one of only seven athletes in the world to win world championships at youth, junior, and senior level. Since taking a break from competitive athletics, Jana has branched out into professional speaking and built a personal training business from the ground up. She now travels around the country giving motivational seminars to young people, junior athletes and corporate staff to educate on work/life balance, good nutrition and self esteem. All this, while training to become a midwife and studying for her degree in Psychology. Her hunger and passion for winning Olympic gold remains the driving force behind her motivation. She’s focused on winning a gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with Isagenix as her secret weapon.
