Motivation to train hard, focused, increase fitness is slightly lacking so nothing like signing up to a couple of races. Ultimate goal running a strong half marathon in October. It wont be a personal best but I hope it will tell me what I cant expect to run my next marathon in February 2015. July 13th - Dunleer 4 mile 20th - Fingal 10km 27th - Pink in the Park 5km August 17th - Duleek 10km 23rd - Frank Duffy 10 mile September 20th - Dublin half Marathon. Any suggestions on 5km, 10km race I could also do in August & September??? Let the training begin!!!
