Motor Vehicle Car Parts Sales Officer. Salary 50-70K Our client is a leading motor vehicle sales company and has recently opened a motor cycle division. Due to the expansion, a position of a parts sales executives is now vacant. JOB TITLE: Parts Sales Executives DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Sales and marketing Department REPORTS TO: Sales & Marketing manager SUPERVISES: None 2.NATURE AND SCOPE: The main focus of this position is to train dealers in parts management and sales thus growing business. 3.REPORTING LINES The Parts Sales Executive reports to the Parts Assistant Manager 3.1Key Internal Relationships •Service Technician •Parts Assistant Manager 3.2Key External Relationships •Dealers 4.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNT ABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS •Field sales of Spare parts. •Maintaining client relationship with the dealers •Training the Dealers in parts management and sales. •Advising dealers on competitor trends. 5.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: •Age; 27 years and above •Computer literacy is desirable •Knowledge of Parts Business and experience with a motor vehicle or motor cycle company. •Ability to troubleshoot •Good communication skills •Positive attitude •Reliable, honest and be a person of high integrity •Should have good Supervisory and Organizational skills. •Able to train •Minimum of a diploma in stock control and inventory and overall knowledge of parts business. •Should have selling skills, those with experience in sales have a higher advantage. •3-4 years experience working in the automobile industry •Experience in the automotive Industry will be an added advantage 6.PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: •Operationalization and achievement of the set targets Salary: Gross of between 50-70K.
