MEMORANDUM TO: All Clubs/ Promoters FROM: Angela Ellsmore DATE: 4 October 2013 SUBJECT: Expressions of Interest – 2014 NSW Senior Dirt Track Championships Motorcycling NSW is calling for Expressions of Interest from Clubs to host the 2014 NSW Senior Dirt Track Championships. Expressions of Interest to host this event are requested by 5.00pm, Thursday 31st October 2013. Expressions of Interest should contain the following information: Club Name Venue Proposed date of event Classes that you intend on running if successful This information will be forwarded to the Motorcycling NSW Directors and their decision will be advertised on the Motorcycling NSW website. Clubs wishing to put forth an Expression of Interest are advised to do so via e-mail to [email protected]. Once received, your e-mail will be acknowledged. Please be aware that only clubs who are in a position to host a State Championship meeting should apply. Please be mindful that State Championship meetings may come with extra responsibilities such as: Electronic Timing Prize Money Officials – more than would be required for a club day Officials – Level 3 minimum for all key official positions Camping facilities Any queries with regards to the above should be forwarded in writing to [email protected] and will be responded to accordingly.
