Motorists can expect delays at Belvoirs gates during the extreme cold over the next few days. In order to mitigate the potential for cold weather injuries to Dept. of the Army Security Guards some entry lanes at the gates may be intermittently closed for short periods of time in order to rotate guards indoors. Severe cold warnings have been issued and this measure is being taken as a precaution. We appreciate your understanding.
