Moulana Yasin Ali ( 1879– 1946) Moulana Yasin Ali was contemporary of Arkum Shah. Father Moulana Munsi Noor Ali from Hobiganj Torof area married to woman from respctable family of Koilashshahar in Tripura state, India and moved to settle there. Moulana Yasin was born at Koilashahar. After his primary education, he was sent to Deobandh Darul Ulum Madrasha from he acquired higher degree in Prohetic tradition and Quranic interpretation. He was a very talented student. Though a theological argument persists to remain through the ages, he found a solution on the basis of Quran and Sunnah of Prophet S.A. He composed books : ‘Eshk-e-Khuda’ and ‘Hubb-e-Rasul’. In them there are 180 classical mystic songs. In quest for a perfect preceiptor, he went to Dhaka, and met a famous Dorbesh who the people of Dhaka used to call him Badsha Baba. This Dorbeesh initiated Moulana Yasin in a change of spiritual practices. From that time Moulana spenty his time in meditation, devotion and other spiritual practices. He had a huge numbers of disciple in the regions of Kulaura, Shomsher Nagor, Bhanu Gach and Srimongol. He died at his birth place Koilashar in Tripura in 1946 approximately. He was great highly ranked religious scholar and a Sufi of veyry high rank.
