Mountain Move of the day: Rotational Squat Burpees ⚡️inspired by Focus T25 ✔️start in a squat position (knees behind toes, chest up, booty back) touching the floor ✔️power from the bottom, rotate and jump 180* to the other side, into a squat, touch the floor ✔️jump back to starting position ✔️shoot legs back into a plank ✔️bring legs back in to starting position aim for 1 minute
