Move #1 BASIC SQUAT #legbuttchallenge - Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Feet and toes parallel, facing forward. - Hold your hands out in front of you for balance or you can use a light weight as extra resistance. - Stick your butt back and down while bending your knees, lowering your hips deeply, bringing your thighs parallel with the floor if you can. Keep your weight back in your heels. - Make sure your core area is tight, shoulders relaxed back and down, head up. - Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, squeezing the glutes at the top of the movement to get the most out of the exercise. - This counts as one rep.
