Move of the Day: Elbow Strike, Uppercut, & Knee combo You want to get your heart rate up with cool MMA combo move? Here you go! Have fighting stance left foot forward with guard up. Elbow strike in left (I personally like to have have right hand palm out forward as target for left elbow that way I can rotate my hips to strike with core engaged), then throw uppercut in right by loading weight in right side, then grab both hands in front as if you grab someone in front and pull down in right side at the same time knee strike in right as someone pulled down. And set back in fighting stance. Repeat. Do for 60 sec. And switch sides (right foot forward) do for 60 sec. Then do the combo move in left-foot forward, switch feet (right-foot forward) by hopping quick, do the combo move, switch feet, and on and on... Switch side each time for 60 sec. That will get your heart rate up really good :) Comment below if you want more MMA moves...or any suggestions. I will come up with something for your request.
