Move of the Day: MMA move combo - Hook, Cross, and Front Push (thrust) Kick This combo moves require a lot of core rotation. Left foot forward: Set at fighting stance. Butt tucked under, core tight. Guard up. Throw hook punch in left, followed by cross (reverse punch) in right, then finish with left foot front push kick. Imagine pushing someone away when you kick. Knee up and extend the leg and push out with bowl of foot, not toes. Slightly shift your weight in back foot (right) but dont lean back too much. Repeat the move for 30-60 sec. And switch feet - right foot forward. Do the move for 30-60 sec. Then try switching feet each rep for more challenge. How did did do?
