That way you have to core engaged to keep balance. Option 2) one leg standing. Also this will force you to core engaged with good posture. Make sure to switch leg halfway through. Dynamic sets: Grab light weight (for me is a set of 5 lbs dumbbell) for 15 reps rest for 30 sec Then heavier weight for 12 reps (8 lbs) rest for 30 sec Then heavier weight for 8 reps (10 lbs) no rest Bonus lighter weight for 8 reps (8 lbs) Toned arms look good! No problem carrying big bulk stuff you buy in Costco. Lol
