Move of the Day: Windshield Wiper What, what, what~~~? It is simple. But work your abs side to side. Lie down on your back and arms spread on the side, palms down. Both legs up closed together to the ceiling at 90 degree or if you can, 45 degree angle or closer to the floor without getting space between lower back and floor. Simply lower your legs together side to side slowly. Make sure your lower back and shoulders is on the floor. Use your breath. Core tight for entire time. Do for 30 - 60 sec. Ouch!!!
