Move of the day My last modification to my Hamstring killers This one is tough!! Set up - Legs in tabletop with the feet on the ball. Flex your feet, push your backbones done flat into the mat. Exercise - Abs in, Push through your ankles & slowly roll your spine up - lifting your hips & then holding up the top. Pushing 1 leg up straight & Very slowly push the ball out using the foot on the ball, straightening your knee & hold. Then slowly pull the ball back in towards your butt, using your ankle. Repeat! Do about 3x sets of 8-12 per leg !! What to look for - dont let the lower back arch, always tuck the butt under. Relax your shoulders. Hold your abs in, push through your feet & dont roll up too high. Control the ball all the way out & in - meaning go SUPER SUPER SLOW! This one burns so you will be tempted to go quick! Add these hamstring killers into your next workout
