Move of the day from my workout today! Sorry its hard to see me going down, but I was not about to re-do these hahaha Keep your back flat and bring your knees above your waist when you jump. As soon as you land, fall forward almost into a push-up position. Hold it for a second, then come back up and do your jump. This move is great for the arms, legs and abs at the same time! I will post some KILLER ab workouts you can do at home tomorrow :) have a great evening!
