#MoveOfTheDay Your move of the day are multi-level wood choppers. Im using a 9 pound ball, but you could do these with a dumbbell, any kind of ball (weighted or not), or with nothing at all. When doing the move, engage your core and utilize your obliques to create the turn movement. First go diagonal to your hip, lift then diagonal to your knee, lift then diagonal to the floor. That is one rep. Do 15 reps on each side, then repeat on both sides. Tag a friend who might like to try this one with you!
