Movie Review: Thor 2 Dark World Starring: Chris Hemsworth Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston and Anthony Hopkins Directed by: Alan Taylor Music by: Brian Tyler Cinematography:Kramer Morgenthau Budget: $170 million Box Office: $141,033,000 (so far) This is indeed the second to first best superhero film of the year. The Wolverine is what The Dark Knight Rises was in 2012 and Thor 2 The Dark World is what Avengers was for 2012. Both was great movies with two different sets of action and drama. This is what Man of Steel should of been, Heroic! Thor actually care for the human race and the other eight realms in which he was in charge of. He protected a total of nine realms in one film while Man of Steel failed in protecting one city. What a fanatic film it was watching with the extra credits scene at the end of the film. The special effects are wonderful made and the music score was perfectly balance in both action and drama scenes. Everyone did an outstanding job, but Tom Hiddleston stole the show. His guy can really act! He should be the next joker in DC films. He has master the character of Loki. It funny that Loki and Joker are the same character in which therere powers are trickery, schemes and chaos. He can play both roles! Chris Hemsworth did a great job as Thor. He is growing into this character and having fun doing so. These two have great chemistry together. Anthony Hopkins was terrible in his role. He was so dry and didnt feel like he was in character, but it didnt bother me to much though. The plot of the film was great in which Genesis chapter was brought into the plot of the world was over in darkness. You can clearly see that the dark elves were demons and the red and black ink type of liquid takes possession of you. It lives in you like a demonic spirit and feed of your energy. Great Plot! I will not spoil the rest of the film but you will enough this film. I give this film an 12 out of 12 stars The very end credit scene will be worth the wait for it shows Thor 3 returning.
