Movin on up: Next Wednesday I move into the A Block of Redwood from F Block, into a top-floor cell from which I can shake my fist at the residents of Butler College if I feel like it. This is good news because I will no longer be facing the courtyard and will get cell reception without having to hold my phone out the window. Its also good news because, in asking if I could move, I discovered the college hadnt assumed that an MA student staying on for a PhD would, you know, stay on in his room, and were expecting me to be move all my belongings out for two weeks in mid-September before moving them back in beginning of October.
