Moving Day. Over the past several days, weve been waist-deep in boxes, dust rags, wrapping paper and boxing tape. Weve thrown tons of stuff away, given even more stuff to Goodwill, and even found a few lost treasures. As I sit in a quiet, nearly empty house, it hit me what weve accomplished in this house over the last 4-and-a-half years. Mia and I have launched business, made lots of tremendous friends, watched our son take his first steps, wept tears of joy on the first days of school for both kids, celebrated birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and everything in between. We screamed our throats hoarse watching the Seahawks with their first Super Bowl in franchise history! We had our share of ups and downs here, too. We endured times of stark fear and doubt, and came out on the other end both victorious and wiser. This house became a home for us, and any hint of sadness that accompanies the closing of any significant chapter in life, is quickly eclipsed by the joy, excitement and all-out gratitude for the amazing stuff that is on the horizon. Thank you to all the mazing people that have come into our lives over the last 4-and-a-half-years. YOU are the gold in these years. YOU are a huge part of what makes life so special. We love and appreciate you, and look forward to many more years of this amazing journey with you. The moving truck awaits... ~JT
