Moving around in different rural branches of haridwar circle and having great fun on bus auto bike and foot met some exciting boys and girls Friends today secretary of our other association dehradun unit wrote two posts attacking me without naming me they are doing great job for me and wish that continue doing so But I have one small request to them jitna samay yeh log mujhe badnam karne me laga rage gain uska adha samay agar officers me hit me below mentioned kam karba me to phir meri jaroorat kisi ko rahegi hi nahi air I will become a big zero and they will become become big hero 1 get a new transfer and posting policy from management so no body is more than 200 km away from home 2 working couple should get same posting posting whether they are working with us or anywhere else 3 girls should get preferential treatment in posting 4 our lease entitlement should be at par with sbi 5 our car loan and of loan amount and interest at par with SBI 6 our hotel entitlement is 7 years old should be doubled immediately 7 our petrol entitlement 7 years old immediate hike is requested 8 have such a promotion policy that no body has to chmchgiri of management to become scale 4 and 5 9 no chamch giri for paf 10 all officers should go home by six pm 11 there should be such balance of power between management and association that no body is forced to leave the world sehgal sir have to do 12 all vacant post in branches should be filled within a time frame 13 all directly recruited officers should get petrol and sff under probation 15 all employees dignity is respected by management Best of luck to our friends in other association .ensure all these and 100 PC officers will be members of other association
