Moving day. Ive been up half the night going back and forth with my emotions. The enormity of it all has finally hit me. Im leaving my Calhoun, my peninsula. This is going to be hard. Im not a city girl, hate the city, but this move is necessary, for my son more than anything. Once he is settled into his new group home, ill officially be on my own. I have been married and having babies since I was 15, I know no other way of life. My empty nest is hitting me hard, but my 5 kids are all doing well. Im proud of them all. Im scared to death about this new life Im about to begin, but at the same time, very excited. Not long ago, I had plans to move to PA this month. Things have really changed..for the better.I have a great support system, my family Im moving closer too. They are all so happy to have me back home, and I am truly happy to be close to them once again. And Ill be closer to Michael, who is also a great support. What an amazing man he is, I adore him. And my brother Dan and I will be working together...we will be living and working in the same town...have mercy on you Springfield, haha! I have so much to be thankful for and I am truly blessed...I will miss my peninsula and all my Houners...but its time to go...but Ill be back... :)
