Mowhawk Man Mowhawk Man 12:06am Sep 2 ****ATTENTION*** Life is funny………just when you have no wind in your sail and the ship seems to stop a big gust comes rolling through. Yes we had our work cut out for us as today was the last stop if we didn’t reach the first goal………and you know what………..”WE” did it!!!! Together all of us……….share, and caring…….posting like we had the latest breaking news. Several people stepped up…….several people took the chance……and in the end “WE” accomplished our goal and then some. There are several people I would like to thank in no special order as everyone made a difference but a shot out is well deserved so here we go…….James Wasson, Roberta Kilpatrick, All the Gold Star Families who already paid so much but were willing to give even more, those from the recruiting stations Champaign IL, the hard workers at KCM Auto and the great biker brothers and sister who stood up for those who stood for them, Jason Metz, David Ramsey, several Vietnam Veterans who understand the memories never go away they only fade for the moment, My sister who lives in the UK but still wanted to give a little back to the home team, Many women who I consider sisters and have loved ones who suffer daily with PTSD, Brothers from across the country some I’ve met so I haven’t, the Trucking community who understands what the long haul means, Rhonda who stands by me and gives me the motivation to carry on, and finally a man who has tried to fill the void of the loss of my father as best he can and started this idea that has come to what it is now Larry Stimeling…..we had the dream to show those who suffer PTSD that love conquers all and it sure has started the head winds needed to sail this ship…….love you Brother. To everyone I can only say thank you and let’s get to the next goal as quickly as possiable……….it about kills me when it runs this close LOL!!
