Mozarts Serenade for Winds, K. 375. The Adagio begins at 11:07. I played this music for 500 people last May in the ballroom of the Dallas Hyatt Hotel. Then I tried to talk about it. Speechless. It was a very bad moment. My employer had paid me good money to help these folks (who had paid good money to hear me speak) to enjoy great music. What kind of help did I give them by just standing there, unable to say anything at all? I was helpless in the face of this Adagio movement.
