Mq I breastfeed my daughter, shell be 4 weeks Tuesday and Ive been breastfeeding since the day she was born. I noticed a small bump in my breast a few weeks ago and today my right breast (same side bump is on) hurts so badly, I thought maybe I just needed to feed or pump. I fed my daughter and still so sore. Its not on the bump though, is on the bottom/corner around my breast. Sorry if thats confusing.. But What could this be?
