Mr. Dale Work has been a member since May 5th, 1999 and holds a position on the Executive Board. During his 15 years with the union, Dale states that the best part of his position is working on a team that puts the best interests of the local first and receiving positive feedback from the members out in the field. He states, “My promise to the membership is to do the best job I can for this Local. I enjoy being an ironworker very much; being voted into office by your peers is a great feeling.” When not working, Mr. Work enjoys spending as much time with his wife and children.
