Mr. Davalos: You stated; The Constitution and our current government is the best that has ever exist probably will ever exist. And I find it arrogant that you think you could do better. The proposal of the COALITION, which is growing at an amazing rate both in Wisconsin and throughout the Union, is recommending that We The People RESTORE The Ninth and TENTH Amendment of The Constitution in its utter purity in accord with the RULE of the supreme law of the land. If you are disagreeable to The Constitution, then you are admitting that you are an enemy of The Constitution. The SPECIFIC purpose of THE CONSTITUTION, and I request that you focus on that word and its SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, is to limit all powers and spending of our elected Republican and Democrat public SERVANTS to eighteen powers and spending privileges, as according to THE LAW, ALL other powers and spending is reserved to the States, respectively, or the people. The bill we are advocating has been drafted by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, for the specific purpose of State nullifying all powers and spending not granted to our elected usurpers who have FAR exceed their limits for nearly Ten Decades now. In the 1890s the average common working man/family was TEN TIMES wealthier than todays families with TWO working parents, who are lucky if they can make ends meet and pay the monthly bills. This is all because of utter contempt for our Ninth and TENTH Amendments as well as for the money clauses of Article I Sections 8:clause 5 and 10:clause 1. This contempt for our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws have also had great impact on our individual and States Rights because these are the two supreme laws of the land that SUPPORT, Protect, Defend and will RESTORE our entire Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence, and our WHOLE Constitution, including the apportionment clause as the SCOTUS clearly found and ruled that the 16th Amendment CONFERS NO NEW TAXES on ANYONE who wasnt taxable before it. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” – James Madison That is why the American People, and NOT our elected usurpers must restore the rule of our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws before the Republic ends up in a combo Civil/Re-Revolutionary War to restore our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, so that the average common Middle Class workingman can be as wealthy as we were in the 1890s, when we were about ten times wealthier and on one wage or salary per family and the family was a loving caring family unit, under God. During these times the divorce rate was consistently under 5%. Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions. – James Madison George Washington, the President of The Constitutional Convention, a year after he signed The Constitution, was elated to describe our form of Government as a CONFEDERATED GOVERNMENT. The definition of a Confederated Government is one in which an alliance of independent states creates a central government of very limited power; the members states have supreme authority over all matters except those few which have been expressly delegated to the central government. The State of Wisconsin, with the balance of the Union following our lead, will dissolve the size, powers, scope and spending of our elected Republican and Democrat despots and usurpers of our Bill of Rights, before they dissolve us; N.B.C.R.; No Budget Cuts Required. Shall WE not do our duty to God, as His ordained Rulers, before our U.S. Dollar collapses and the tyrants declare martial law suspending Our Constitution indefinitely and thus give us the residue choice of only fight or surrender? The COS in contrast is a underhanded plan by Socialists and Communists to foist UNLIMITED spending on anything THEY choose as long as they can have the IRS extort enough tax money out of the American Middle Class to pay for their election buying from the American voting MOB and The Kronies. The American people of SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION have faith that you and I have the ability and the dignity and the right to make our own decisions and determine our own destiny, including with our entire GROSS wages and salaries in accord with the RULE of EXISTING Law which states that our wages and salaries are OUR Property not that of the usurping despots of Washington D.C. who think they can spend our money, on our behalf, better than we can ourselves and our States. They use terms like the Great Society, or as we were told a few days ago by the President, we must accept a greater government activity in the affairs of the people. But theyve been a little more explicit in the past and among themselves; and all of the things I now will quote have appeared in print. For example, they have voices that say, The economic crisis will end through our acceptance of a not undemocratic socialism. Another voice says, The profit motive has become outmoded. It must be replaced by the incentives of the welfare state. Or, Our traditional system of individual freedom is incapable of solving the complex problems of the 21th century. Senator Reid has said, as you have alluded, that the Constitution is outmoded. He referred to the President as our moral teacher and our leader, and he says he is hobbled in his task by the restrictions of power imposed on him by this antiquated document. He must be freed, so that he can do for us what he knows is best. The current speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi, another articulate spokesman, defines liberalism as meeting the material needs of the masses through the full power of centralized government, much as you are advocating for by untying the hands of our elected usurpers so they can spend our stolen wages and salaries any way they see fit as long as they tax all of us enough. Well, I, for one, resent it when a representative of the people refers to you and me, the free men and women of this country, as the masses. This is a term we havent applied to ourselves in America. But beyond that, the full power of centralized government -- this was the very thing the Founding Fathers sought to minimize. They knew that governments dont control things. A government cant control the economy without controlling people. And they know when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. They also knew, those Founding Fathers, that outside of its legitimate functions, government does nothing as well or as economically as the private sector of the economy. The American People cannot afford to slide anymore into the pit of Socialism and Communism as the COS and an Article V Amendment will take us.
