Mr. Dennis Rocheleau was one of the GE people who filed suit...I sent and email and he answered. Our group here in DC are made up of NABET, DGA, AFTRA and salaried employees...I am not sure how the new GE medical plans effect each group. I appreciate your taking the time to answer and if you have any more thoughts please let me know. Max In a message dated 11/1/2014 8:55:10 P.M. But that is just a surmise on my part...and I do not know,to whom you should speak for a better answer. from DWR Sent from my iPad On Nov 1, 2014, at 9:15 PM, Maxschindler330@aol wrote: Mr. Rocheleau... I am a former GE employee (retired in 2007). I worked for NBC News and at that time it was part of GE. I have read about the law suit against GE and was wondering how that would affect the rest or us. There are quite a few former NBC employees in the greater Washington DC area and we were wondering if you could give us any guidance or information. Max Schindler
