Mr. Elofson is a dishonest man. He will work closely with opposing attorney, disclosing all or part of your case to them. He will work closely with the GAL to make sure you will not see your kids. Mr. Elofson will not contact you when you need to be in court, and if you demand notification, Mr. Elofson will verbally tell you the wrong court date or the wrong court time or he will notify you by mail informing you to be in court on the correct date but the wrong time so you will get contempt of court. Mr. Elofson will leak information to the Commissioners or Judges to create or destroy their opion of his client. Mr. Elofson is a strong believer that he will make the decision, not the Commissioners or judges, on the placement of your kids, and work with apposing attorneys to make sure you will pay the most support and maintenance possible.
