Mr. Emmanuel Barbee Wants To Chat Live With You About His Revised Book And His Plan/Vision To Improve Urban America History and Innovation: I created GRCAM a virtual community in 1991 with the goal of connecting liked minded individuals who are concerned about black issues, the black family, and our youth who are trapped in American ghettos. I felt frustrated that other African Americans told me that they are not interested in my cause (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos) I was unable to find 30 people in my city to join my management team and work with me in getting this organization up and running. Nobody better not call me a sellout, if I don’t have any African Americans/Black Americans on my management team because for twenty three years I’ve been trying to get reasonable brothers and sisters to work with me in my city online and offline. Since 2001, over 4,000 people in Chicago has been killed. No black leader has implemented a plan to solve contemporary social issues affecting the black community. The reason why I decided to make GRCAM private is to exclude small minded individuals and passive spectators on my friends list who only want to be seen. Since I lacked the manpower and the capital to jump start my business I decided to write and publish my store in 2010 and 2012 “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. In my book I provide a detail roadmap on how my organization will end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. To create and own our own business within the community we will serve, and deliver outstanding services. GRCAM is to provide goods and services to single black mothers, single black fathers and low income two parent families that want and need our services, and who want more out of life. Objectives: * To increase economic development within the low income African American Community. * To increase public awareness about the genocide which is taken place in our inner cities and what this organization plan to do about it. * To stimulate public policy and advocate social change which support and strengthen the black family and the black community. The Purpose: To enhance the lives of our clients and members by improving their environment, offering multi-services, and to see to it that their children are reaching their personal life goals. Improvement: We are committed to new and innovative ways to serve our clients and members in order to enhance the value of GRCAM membership. Safety: We are committed to improving the safety of the community for our clients and members we will serve. Superior Customer Service: We are committed to listening, understanding and responding to the interests and needs of our clients and members. Integrity: We will conduct our business with honesty and treat all staff, members, and guests with respect. Advocacy: Since the beginning of my virtual organization, GRCAM has been on the forefront of economic development starting in Chicago. In time GRCAM will eventually move from behind a computer with the help of my revised book and the support from my readers, group members, and supporters from around the world. GRCAM will become a local, national, and international advocacy organization and a national leader in community activism and policies affecting black people and for promoting economic empowerment to disenfranchise populations within the dominant culture. GRCAM will do cooperative alliances with local, state, and national organizations on advocacy issues affecting African Americans/blacks. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.
