Mr. Hayden: Tonights episode hasnt aired yet but I watched the season preview. I understand your concern that several vertebrae in your companys backbone are thinking of moving on to their own businesses. I have been in this situation before and can tell you without pause that the only companies that dont lose employees to better opportunities are those companies without employees worthy of better opportunities. You obviously trained your people well enough to not only do their jobs, but to run their own businesses. This is a tribute to the guidance that you provide to your workers. I assumed control of my familys 30-year-old business and watched it fall apart within 3 years. If the business that you created spawns 1, 2, or 3 other businesses with the same passion and skill that you brought to your workbench every day then I say that you have done a fine job, sir. Everything ends, even your business, but if your previous employers in 3 different shops carry on your legacy with every finished product then that is a much bigger impact than your business could make. I wish the best for you and your family.
