Mr. James was a school aide at J.Q. San Miguel when I went there as a second grader. It was a real honor to give him a resolution for his retirement after 30 years of service. James did everything that the school needed - it didnt matter what his job description was he did it. So many teachers, staff, and administrators past and present expressed deep gratitude and a sense of loss at his retirement - Everyone agreed he earned it. Thank you Mr. James Cepeda Camacho for being a true public servant. Giving your all no matter what the task, putting in more then your share, and doing it for all the right reasons - our kids. I dont sponsor many Legislative Resolutions but this is one of those times when even that recognition is not enough to say thank you on behalf of the people of Guam.
