He should be arrested and proceeding against him should be started. He has allowed The Dajjali Courts to set a Precedent in Law of Victimizing the EX Chief on the name of Justice. Bugti and lal masjid. May be then he will feel what disgrace he has been in the COAS office and I am sure No other COAS will never let any body do the same to Kiyani as he has done to Musharraf.
