Mr Mugabe warned on Wednesday that his Zanu (PF) administration would not tolerate white ownership of farms and vowed to deal with the culprits, whom he said had been assisted in securing farms by members of his cabinet and traditional chiefs.There are white farmers who are still on the land and have the protection of some cabinet ministers, politicians as well as traditional leaders. That should never happen.... We say no to whites owning our land and they should go, said Mr Mugabe.Mr Mugabe’s latest threat against white farmers was a sign of the policy dissonance that had plagued his Zanu (PF) administration, which seemed to talk right, yet walk left.He said they can own companies and apartments in our towns and cities, but not the soil.
