Mr. Noynoy Aquino (P-Noy), Sir, maybe we can mobilize the entire government force to pack and distribute relief goods? There are many relief goods in the warehouses seen in TV, the DSWD cannot do it alone..maybe the DSWD can serve as the central coordinator, but other employees from other agencies can be deployed to assist in the repacking and distribution, so that we can put up more distribution centers in all affected areas..even other private organizations can be mobilized, baka lang po kailangan may maayos na sistema at may isang ahensyang ng-oorchestrate nito..kung meron na po, baka po mai-announce sa TV para malaman ng lahat..maybe we can direct all department secretaries to send some of their employees to DSWD and be deployed to assist in the repacking and distribution of relief goods..just a suggestion po..
