Mr Nozey is in great demand being requested to give educational talks to the children at Marown Playgroup and Little Darlings this week...He is an awesome little fella that is bringing an awareness to the Manx public on How to preserve Hedgehog population in the Isle of man. These little Mammals could be extinct by 2025 due to weather change and unable to sustain their diet of Slugs/snails/beetles. Travelling further afield to find food and then being killed on our roads. We have witnessed so many this year dead on our roads as they search further away from their nests.Females can orphan up to 5 Hoglets if she does not return home, this is exactly what happened to Mr Nozey and Mr Dozey who were handreared. Hoglets under 6 weeks old will not survive unless the human hand steps in. This warmer Autumn could result in 2nd litter hoglets been born that will not have the time to build up their fat reserve before the winter...Please contact Dolittles if you find small Hoglets on the road...Thankyou :-)
