Mr.RECKY, procedure number one is to get invitation from the area MCA to deliberate on such matters, and thats why the MCA is given documents to use for purposes of communication to the electorates. Kindly stop subotaging the Ngei ward development where you do not live or know the situation of the residents. We need roads, lights and upgrading of our slums. After the resolution, thats when the MCA takes it to the floor and mobilise members to support passage of the bill.Remember the Kangundo Road issue where buildings were brought down through the Komarock MCA, and it was done. Stop inciting people because at the end of the day you have no vote. Stop looking for votes through cruel means and incitement to cause mayhem.if it was made to be done through the resolution of the house, it will be done.When the resolution was made to demolish Kangundo road, the area M.P and the county secretary were never involved, there is a difference between the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT and the COUNTY GOVERNMENT.This is the county government issue, from the county Assembly to Executive (this is legislation and representation but not oversight to the Executive.) We need to focus on empowerment and sustainable development in Ngei and that will be achieved if only we work hand in hand with the leadership in place.
