Mr. Randy Ark and all area Veterans, The administration, staff, and students at Emmanuel Christian Academy would like to extend an invitation to all Springfield area Veterans to attend our Veterans Day Chapel Service beginning at 9:25 a.m., on November 13, 2014. The service will last until 10:30 a.m. The purpose of this chapel is to honor area veterans and provide our students with a tangible example of giving thanks to those who have served our nation. We will have Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Ron Rosser in attendance and the Keynote Address will be delivered by Lt. Col. Bernard Willis. Again, we here at Emmanuel Christian Academy would be honored to show our support to those who risked it all for our school to enjoy the freedoms that we have. The personal courage and sacrifice required of the armed forces sometimes takes all there is to give and in those moments we are reminded of John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
