I am sorry. thank you does anyone care about us homeowners? i have contacted every agency I can find for help,and get nothing except another referral.what are we to do when the courts are involved in the scam. Sherry, sorry about not responding right away, I was reading a deposition. I think the answer to your question is that people must stand together and say no, you cant take my home or my neighbors home. People have to realize that the banks will creep up, supported by our government, to take all the middle class has. I called the sheriff here when it looked like one of my clients would be evicted and indicated my client would not leave his house peacefully, but he was willing to check into the jail so that the County could provide him shelter, food, and medicain. I told the lady on the phone, that I might want to check into the jail with my client for a day or two. The lady said someone higher up in the sheriffs office qwould call me back. They never did. My client went to the eviction proceedings. He offered to pay a reasonable rental fee and the Court allowed this. We have a motion for direct review with regard to his case pending before Washingtons Supreme Court. I think we all need to be willing to go to jail. To protest together en masse, loudly, and not budge. This is what I think the answer is. I do not see the courts working well enough to be an effective solution for the middle class.
