I am making this statement with my firsthand experience & with surviving ongoing TORTURE that High Rank officials of Law enforcement agency especially IPS officers serving for Maharashtra state are not framing just Muslims or from any other minorities but few officials namely D. Shivanandan, Rakesh Maria, Sanjay Sinha, chandra Iyanger have framed a Hindu NRI daughter, a sister of Indian Army & of Maharashtra police department. These four corrupt officials have crossed the line of inhumanity, dishonesty by falsely involving US Homeland Security Department against her on 1st October’2009 under terrorism charges. Irony is, in spite of multiple investigation orders getting issued against mentioned officials by president, PMO, Law n Justice Ministry, Internal Affairs Ministry, External Affairs Ministry, CBI Directore & Judicature of Bombay High Court Maharashtra Home Minister Mr. R. R. Patil, ACS Umesh Chandra Sarangi, Chief Justice of Maharashtra Mohit Shah, Bombay High Court Judge Abhay Oak, R.Y. Ganoo, Thane CP Anil Dhere, K.P. Raghuvanshi, DGP Maharashtra K. Subramaniam, Sanjeev Dayal, Mumbai CP Satyapal Singh, CBI SCB Mumbai joint Director P. Kandaswamy & Sandeep Tamgadge are protecting these criminal police officers for OBVIOUS REASON. I am that unfortunate daughter, Sister. Since CM Mr. Prithviraj Chavan’s Chief Secretary Mr. A.K. Jain & PS Mr. Gajanan Avlaskar are ignoring Governor’s instruction about letting me meet Mr. CM so why don’t you personally write or talk to Mr. Chavan in ordering appropriate investigation agency to act on above mentioned investigation orders. If any honest & law binding investigation officer finds any of my filed complaint between July 2001 till date false then I am ready to face Sevier punishment based on Indian Pinal Code. Mr. Shinde my young kids need me back home in Seattle Washington. These corrupt Government officials not just have violated my Human & Fundamental Rights in India & in USA but they have violated my American sons’ & daughter’s Human & fundamental Rights in USA.
