Thus do I speak three things about me that you may not know. 1) My most memorable ‘brush with greatness’ moment was meeting Margaret Weis at Technicon III, which was also my first “con” and my first cosplay moment. Amazing woman, and she recognized Raistlin in the parking lot. (I also learned that for cosplay, one should never have props that one must carry.) Do fans get to just hang out and jaw with Authors these days? 2) I learned to sew at age 11 because I wanted to make the perfect Halloween costume. For a first eyeball-sketch attempt, using poly-stretch-1970’s fabrics.. the Colonial Warrior outfit didn’t come out half bad. 3) I do not enjoy music. I find that the associated responses to most music are negative, so I tend to not listen.
