Mr. Waleed Bader Rumani has uploaded a scanned copy (attached) of a piece of Paper, which he claims to be so called WILL of late Mr. Ishaque Abbas Rumani. Mr. Waleed claims in his write up that since his father Mr. Bader Rumani paid Mr. Ishaque Abbas Rumani loan (KARZ) amounting to just Rupees Fifteen (15) thousand. In return late Mr. Ishaque Abbas Rumani has transferred all his property rights (worth in lakhs even evaluating at the prevailing market rate of 1978 when that so called WILL was signed) to Mr. Bader Ishaque Rumani and accordingly Mr. Bader Rumani is sole owner of Mr Ishaque Rumanis property. Knowing this, everybody must be wondering how did that happened. Isn’t it. Let me explain, Mr. Bader Rumani on one of his trip back to Bombay (Mumbai) from Kuwait where he used to work, told his elder brother Mr. Ahmed Ishaque Rumani (it is worth taking note of that Mr. Bader Rumani always claims that he respected his elder brother more than any boody else, even his parents) that he wish to pay his father KARZ(loan) since his tother wo brother were not in position to share it that time, so it was understood and agreed between the brothers that Mr. Bader Rumani will pay his father KARZ(loan) now and the brothers will repay him their part of share later. Accordingly, both brother went to chiplun, met their father and told him about the repayment of his KARZ (Loan). Mr.Ahmed Rumani returned to Bombay whereas Mr. Bader remained there and paid the KARZ (Loan). That was in 1978. Now after 35 years, when neither the executioner of the SO-CALLED WILL or the Witnesses who were SUPPOSEDLY TESTIMONY TO IT are alive, Mr. Waleed has come up with a so called WILL claiming Mr. Bader Rumani to be the sole owner of Late Mr. Ishaque Rumanis entire property That wasn’t unexpected from Mr. Waleed Rumani and Shahina Kagdi who has certified Mr. Waleed Rumani claim as “true” to come up with such a gimmick. But the most interesting part of whole story is and everyone will be surprised to know that somewhere in 1985-86 the loan amount was repaid and the surprise of surprises, who has collected that amount from Mr. Ahmed Ishque Rumani at his place in Vikhroli? None other than Mr. Waleed and his elder sister Shahina kagdi. Plus Mr. Waleed Rumani would even recall that this meeting was audio taped where he even mentioned to Mrs. Ayesha Ahmed Rumani as to her making a recording of the whole thing. What a tragedy of life, those who had collected the repayment money are today claiming that it is their property. Isn’t it a limit of dishonesty? In end I would like to clarify following: 1. I have no way to know that Mr. Bader Rumani has given his consent to Mr. Waleed to upload and claim what he has done 2. I also have no knowledge of Feroz Rumani and Salim Rumani are involved in this. Therefore, giving benefit of doubt I would assumed their innocence in it till proven other way around. And finally for my cousin Mr. Waleed Rumani, “ Bhai ye flim ka Trailer hai.
