Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX U.S. State Department (Ukrainian Crises Management Team) 1) I plan to attend a number of Ukraine Crises Center Press Meetings in the next few days per our conversations... I have conducted an Independent Investigation of the Mass Murder at Miadon and have concluded that all shots came from the attacking Police Death Squads... I have taken many photos and videos that I have shared with International Media Organizations... I clearly conclude that the stories that Mr. Putin made claims that the Protesters shot their own people to be a extremely bad intelligence and/or a bold face lie... This independent investigation gives credibility to the reasoning and facts as to why Yanukovychs own Party of Regions turned in support of the Opposition to Impeach Yanukovych, as well as support placing Warrants for Abuse of Power and Mass Murder via Interpol on the former President of Ukraine... 2) From my youthful days as a Military Police Officer/Investigator with 2 Federal Law Enforcement certificates under my belt and several years of Law Enforcement Experience, I strongly feel that time is of the essence to show good faith and the good merit if the Legitimacy of the Newly Established Ukrainian Government can be justified per this evidentiary talking points... I think that the Trees should be secured by some type of Plexiglass-Wrap to show to the word media the direction of the bullets and perhaps a couple of wide-screens set up near the Metro Station on Institutskya near the primary Mass Murder Site to educate the Mass Media of the events that unfolded on and about the 21st of February 2014. Other Wide Screens should be located within the Ukrainian Press Center and the Miadon Press Center to inform the International Media... The video should certainly include Channel 24 and others that showed the 2 Water Cannon Trucks attacking the Peaceful Protesters at the Bottom of Instituskya below the Walking Bridge to Globus Shopping Center... The Protesters attempt to build a secondary barricade between the Institutskya Metro Entrance to prevent the freezing cold water in the middle of winter being sprayed over the primary barricade... The Press clearly showed Armed Police carrying AKs and Sniper Rifles across the street from the Metro entrance and on top of Institutskya above the Metro Entrance; thereby, creating a Crossfire/Triangle of Death... The Establishment of the most viable evidence and justification for the New Ukrainian Government is of primary importance... It has been the basis of Mr. Putins actions and the reliance of false claims made to him by Mass Murder Yanukovych... 3) I have a CRIMEAN COMPROMISE Position Paper in the works... I have spent nearly 12 years traveling to the region and have prepared huge economic development concepts for the region... I feel confident that I can propose a Crimean Compromise that could gain ground with both the International Community supporting Ukraine as well as Russia...
