MrSurender Deswal Sir I think you were not in favour of my filing petition. Thats why at the time of my refilling of CRM- no 42779 of 2014 , when we met, you informed me MrRanjan Lakhanpal Sir has already filed it. And that you have read about it in newspapers. But I immediately called Mr Lakhanpal to confirm it. He denied. Hence I filed it. You see, because of this I have to disturb Mr. Lakhanpal at 11:50am the time when mobile is not allowed inside High Court, he was supposed to be inside High Court.
