Mrs. Betty G. McPherson Wilkerson Long, 67, of Opp died Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in Mizell Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday, May 2, 2014 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 until 8. Mrs. Dell Dubose and John Eiland will be officiating. Mrs. Long is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Kenneth & Brandy Wilkerson; daughter & son-in-law, Betty Jean & Jerry Acree; brother & sister-in-law, Larry & Helen McPherson; sister, Doris Carr; sisters & brothers-in-law, Janet & Billy Berry and Marilyn & Ricky Chatham; grandchildren, Ashley Acree Strop, Alvin Acree, Jerry Acree & Mack Wilkerson; and great-grandchildren, Lauren Acree & Brady Acree. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mack Wilkerson and Anthony Long.
