Mrs. Cross I was thinking of you yesterday on your birthday sending prayers to you. Also, I want to share my experience from this past Sat. with you and the other amazing people in this group. I was running a half marathon here in Phoenix in the rain. I didnt sleep the night before the race and had a feeling it would be a tough one. I started feeling sick about halfway through and had to slow down which meant I would not get that PR I was wanting. Two miles before the finish I started talking to Meg. I told her she didnt know me but I could really use her help to finish strong. I felt a renewed strength and in my Pink Megsmiles shirt, finished the race at a full run! I may not have made that PR, but I got something that cannot be measured...I got the help of an Angel named Meg. That meant more to me than any race time. There will be other races but there is only one Meg who helped me through! I continue to pray for you and your entire family everyday.
