According to documents leaked by Edward Snowden, the NSA obtained the leaders phone numbers from unnamed U.S. officials who were encouraged to share their Rolodexes with the agency. Responding to the Guardians report, a White House spokeswoman said: We are not going to comment publicly on every specific alleged intelligence activity, and as a matter of policy we have made clear that the United States gathers foreign intelligence of the type gathered by all nations. Tech: Social media giant Twitter revealed Thursday that it plans to sell 70 million shares at between $17 and $20 each in its much-hyped initial public offering.
